Richard will be presenting Solving Wicked Problems with Systems Thinking from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. in the Paskapoo Rooms 1 & 2. 

The session is designed to challenge your thinking, offer new perspectives, and give you new ways to think of leadership. You will learn strategies and tactics to help you understand tensions, manage wicked problems, and improve your interpersonal skills (and your teams!).
